How To Use:

1. To remove hard calluses, we recommend using the file after a 15-minute foot bath or after taking a showing or a hot bath. To keep the file clean we recommend using it under a strong flow of water.
2. The hard side of the file is for removing hard calluses. The soft side is for the soft and gentle surfaces, like toes and skin around it. It is also good for skin polishing.
3. Use your favorite cream.

Tips:

For better effect repeat the process for several days. Avoid removing all hard calluses on the first try.
